Grill a juicy T-bone steak and finish with delicious flavored butter on top. Delish!
Ingredients:
  • 175g butter, at room temperature
  • 40.00 ml drained capers
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 6 (about 350g each) beef T-bone steaks
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Mix the butter, garlic, capers, and chives in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge until firm. Slice the butter log and rewrap in plastic wrap.
  • Heat a barbecue flat plate on high. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then rub them with oil. Grill on the barbecue for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until cooked to your preference. Move the steaks to a baking tray, cover with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Plate the steaks individually and add a generous dollop of flavorful garlic & chive butter on top. Enjoy with the potatoes and salads.
