Elevate Taco Tuesday with a delicious taco dip casserole, perfect for easy dipping with chips and sour cream.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®)
  • 2 tablespoons taco sauce, or to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans, warmed
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat an 8- or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef until crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease. Add water and taco seasoning mix, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread the ground beef in the pan. Top it with diced tomatoes and green chiles, taco sauce, warm refried beans, sour cream, and Mexican cheese.
  • Bake in the oven without a cover for 20 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
