Create irresistible nachos by layering chips with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese for a gooey, cheesy snack that's guaranteed to satisfy.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.75 pound processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) package tortilla chips
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 0.33000001311302 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until evenly browned. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes before removing from the heat.
  • Combine processed cheese and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until melted. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  • Arrange tortilla chips on a spacious microwave-safe plate. Layer with refried beans, beef, and cheese toppings.
  • Microwave on high for around 2 minutes until the cheese melts over the beef. Garnish with tomato and green onions before serving warm.
