Whipped topping with pineapple, Spanish peanuts, apples, and cooked pineapple juice dressing. Chill and serve dessert for twelve, deliciously refreshing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1.5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chopped red apple
  • 1.5 cups raw Spanish peanuts
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Pour the pineapple juice into a medium saucepan. Mix the pineapple chunks and marshmallows in a bowl, then put it in the refrigerator.
  • Combine vinegar, sugar, egg, and flour with pineapple juice, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Once done, remove from heat and refrigerate until completely chilled.
  • Mix together the juice mixture, pineapple, and marshmallows, then gently fold in the apples, peanuts, and whipped topping. Chill before serving for best results.
