Whip up a tangy Meyer lemon honey sorbet, paleo and dairy-free. Quick and simple to make.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups water
  • 0.75 cup honey
  • 2 cups Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the water and honey for 30 seconds until the honey is dissolved.
  • Combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and finely grated lemon zest with the sweetened water infused with honey. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn as per the manufacturer's guidelines for about 25 minutes.
  • Transfer the sorbet into a chilled loaf pan and place it in the freezer.
