Elevate simple crackers with zesty cool ranch and dill seasoning for a versatile snack or accompaniment to any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup canola oil
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages oyster crackers
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine canola oil, ranch dressing mix, dill, lemon pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, seasoned salt, and white pepper in a large bowl. Toss crackers with seasoned oil mixture until well coated. Spread seasoned crackers in a single layer on a jelly roll pan.
  • Bake the crackers in the preheated oven until lightly browned at the edges, for 15 to 20 minutes, remembering to flip them halfway through. Let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container or resealable bag.
