Elevate Tater Tots with luxurious truffle oil for a sophisticated twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (28 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.125 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons truffle-infused olive oil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup shaved fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a piping hot 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Arrange the potato nuggets in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until tots are beautifully golden brown, around 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 tablespoon truffle oil, garlic, lemon juice, and pepper. Set aside the flavorful aioli.
  • - Take the tots out of the oven and put them in a large bowl. - Allow them to cool for 5 minutes. - Drizzle the remaining 3 tablespoons of truffle oil over the tots and mix well. - Add Parmesan cheese and parsley, and mix them all together. - Serve the tots with the reserved aioli.
