Speedy beef mince stir-fry that transforms into a flavor-packed delight.
Ingredients:
  • 300g white rice
  • 2 spring onions, cut into matchsticks
  • 500g No Added Hormones Beef 4 Star Mince
  • 400g pkt Family Stir-Fry Mix
  • 180g pkt Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over high heat, simmer the rice with 2¼ cups (560ml) water until tender and liquid is absorbed. Let it steam covered for 5 mins before serving.
  • Place the spring onion in a small bowl and cover with ice water to make it curl beautifully. Let it sit for 10 minutes before draining.
  • Preheat a spacious wok or non-stick pan over high heat. Add the mince and cook, using a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until the mince changes color.
  • Combine the stir-fry mix and sauce with the mince in the pan. Stir and cook for 2 minutes, or until the vegetables slightly soften.
  • Portion the rice into individual serving bowls. Serve them with the savory beef stir-fry and garnish with delicate spring onion curls.
