Perfect marinade for smoked meats with wood chips and charcoal, ideal for tender beef or pork, like savory beef brisket. Enjoy rich smoky flavors with every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup brown sugar, not packed
  • 1.5 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 0.25 teaspoon meat tenderizer
Instructions:
  • Combine brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and meat tenderizer in a medium bowl. Pour over meat in a sealed container. Refrigerate and shake occasionally to coat the meat. Remove from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature before cooking as the smoker heats up. Avoid pairing with barbecue sauce for best results.
