Ultimate cheesy bean dip with taco seasoning - a hit at any party!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 4 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese and sour cream on HIGH for 1 minute, or until the cheese is softened. Remove from microwave and whisk until smooth. Stir in refried beans, green chiles, Seasoning Mix, and 2 cups of cheese until well combined.
  • Spread the tasty bean mixture evenly in a 13x9-inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray, then generously sprinkle the top with the remaining 2 cups of cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully melted. Serve alongside crispy tortilla chips.
