  • 3.5 cups water
  • 1 cup black rice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix water, black rice, and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 40 minutes.
