Try making festive Little Debbie Christmas Tree Truffles this holiday season—only 3 ingredients required.
Ingredients:
  • 10 Little Debbie Chocolate Christmas Tree Cakes (from 2 [8.62-oz.] pkg.)
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (10-oz.) pkg. white candy melts (such as Ghirardelli) (about 4 cups)
  • Green and red sprinkles, for garnish
  • 1 (7-oz.) pouch red cookie icing (such as Betty Crocker)
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Add the cakes to the stand mixer bowl with the paddle attachment. Pulse until the cakes are crumbled, around 10 pulses.
  • Combine cream cheese and beat gently until silky, approximately 1 minute.
  • Scoop dough with a 2 teaspoon cookie scoop to make 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze uncovered until firm, about 5 minutes.
  • Shape dough into smooth balls using your hands (dough might be sticky, wear gloves if preferred). Chill in the freezer until firm, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Melt candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth, for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Gently coat truffles in melted candy melts using a fork, letting excess chocolate drip off onto the bowl's edge. Place on a fresh parchment-lined baking sheet and quickly add a sprinkle of sprinkles.
  • Drizzle cookie icing in elegant swirls over truffles. Allow them to fully set for approximately 15 minutes before indulging.
