Crispy, buttery thin chocolate chip cookies for crunchy cookie lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 sticks butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease 2 baking sheets.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar using an electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Gradually incorporate flour and baking soda until smooth, then gently fold in chocolate chips.
  • Use a teaspoon to place dollops of cookie dough onto the lined baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until deeply golden and crispy. Allow to cool on wire racks. Repeat with the rest of the cookie dough.
