Create visually stunning fudge using Betty Crocker vanilla frosting for a fun and easy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • Green, blue, yellow and red gel food colors or colors of your choice
Instructions:
  • Cover an 8-inch square pan with foil, ensuring the foil hangs over 2 opposite sides of the pan; then, spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Microwave white chips in a large microwavable bowl uncovered on High for 1 minute. Spoon frosting over chips, then microwave on High for 30 seconds. Stir well, continuing to microwave in 15-second increments if needed until mixture is smooth.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 small bowls, and add a different color of food coloring to each bowl.
  • Spread the green fudge mixture thinly and evenly in the pan. Layer the blue mixture on top of the green, spreading it gently and evenly. Continue to layer the yellow and red mixtures in the same way.
  • Create a marbled design by pulling a table knife through the layers. Use a spatula to smooth the top. Allow it to cool completely, then cut into 64 pieces.
