No-cook tiramisu overnight oats - a delicious and easy breakfast inspired by the classic Italian dessert. Great for busy mornings!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark rum, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 heaping teaspoon mini chocolate chips, optional
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, chia seeds, espresso powder, and salt in a 1 1/2 cup jar. Mix well. Pour in the milk, maple syrup, rum (if desired), and vanilla. Stir thoroughly, cover with a lid, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Refrigerate: Chill in the fridge overnight for optimum flavor, or for at least 8 hours. The oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • 1. Unscrew the lid and gently stir the oats. 2. Sprinkle a generous dusting of cocoa powder over the top and add a large dollop of Greek yogurt. 3.
