Indulge in irresistible tiramisu truffles with coffee, ladyfingers, mascarpone, and amaretto.
Ingredients:
  • 5 ounces ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 0.33 cup strong brewed coffee, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon amaretto liqueur (such as Disaronno®)
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Pulse ladyfingers in a food processor until finely ground.
  • Combine mascarpone cheese with coffee and amaretto liqueur in a bowl. Mix in powdered sugar using a spatula until fully incorporated. Stir in powdered ladyfingers until well combined.
  • Scoop a teaspoon of dough and form it into a ball. Coat each ball with cocoa powder and arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Refrigerate truffles for a minimum of 2 hours until chilled.
