Vibrant Italian salad showcasing fresh ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 10.00 gm basil pesto
  • 20.00 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 36.40 gm extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 220g cherry bocconcini cheese, torn in half
Instructions:
  • In a screw-top jar, mix pesto, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Close the lid tightly and shake until fully blended.
  • Arrange tomato slices in a beautiful pattern on a big platter. Add bocconcini on top and generously drizzle with dressing. Present and enjoy.
