Ingredients:
  • 350g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 150g butter, chopped
  • 165g brown sugar
  • 2 Free Range Eggs, lightly whisked
  • 185g plain flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 120g sour cream
  • 50g milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 50g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 50g walnut
  • Cocoa powder, extra, to dust
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C. Prepare a 20cm square cake pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt 300g of dark chocolate and butter together, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it cool slightly before using.
  • Combine sugar and egg, then mix. Add flour, cocoa, and sour cream, then stir. Add milk chocolate, white chocolate, remaining dark chocolate, and walnuts. Gently fold until combined. Pour into pan, then smooth the surface.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan. Cut the brownie into 4cm squares, dust with cocoa powder, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
