Kid-friendly traybake that can be customized with tuna or chicken. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 425g can tuna in olive oil, drained, flaked
  • 375g jar medium tomato salsa
  • 420g can corn kernels, drained
  • 250.00 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 900g packet frozen straight cut chips
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded, diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 230C (210C fan-forced).
  • In a large bowl, mix together tuna, salsa, corn, 1/3 cup cheese, and half of the onion.
  • Arrange the chips in a single layer on a large baking tray and bake according to the package instructions until they turn golden brown.
  • Preheat the oven grill to medium-high. Spread tuna mixture over the chips and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese is melted. Top with tomato and remaining onion, then serve.
