Elevate your Asian feast with savory-sweet turkey thighs - a simple and flavor-packed meal for the whole family!
Ingredients:
  • 2 bone-in turkey thighs (about 2 pounds), skin removed
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki baste and glaze (from 12-ounce bottle)
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. Put the turkey in the slow cooker. Combine the teriyaki glaze, marmalade, gingerroot, and garlic; drizzle over the turkey. Ensure the turkey is fully coated with the teriyaki mixture.
  • Slow cook on low heat for 9 to 10 hours or until turkey juices run clear when thickest pieces are cut.
  • When ready to serve, carefully transfer the turkey from the cooker to a beautiful serving platter. Remove the bones and carve the turkey into individual portions.
  • Whisk water and cornstarch in a 2-cup glass measuring cup or small microwavable bowl until smooth. Add juices from cooker and mix thoroughly. Microwave uncovered on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sauce boils and thickens slightly. Serve with turkey.
