- 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, gently mix together the dry angel food cake mix and crushed pineapple for 30 seconds on low speed, then beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Transfer the mixture into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake until golden brown, then cool upside down as instructed on the cake mix box for about 2 hours. Run a knife around the edges, flip onto a serving plate, slice with a serrated knife, and store covered in the refrigerator.
