Transform store-bought pancake mix with Caramilk chips, condensed milk, and Custard Cream biscuits into a delectable and indulgent hack cake.
Ingredients:
  • 350g bottle Original Pancake Shake
  • 150ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 100g Caramilk baking chips, plus extra, to serve
  • 8 custard cream biscuits
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 190C/170C fan forced. Grease and line an 18 x 26cm slice pan with baking paper.
  • Combine 250ml water, condensed milk, and Caramilk chips in the pancake shake bottle. Shake well to blend.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the pan. Carefully place the biscuits on top, lightly pressing down to set. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the center.
  • To enjoy, serve the dish warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a generous sprinkle of extra Caramilk chips on top.
