Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 ripe bananas, or more to taste
  • 0.66666668653488 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl, creating a tantalizing blend of flavors and aromas.
  • Mash bananas until smooth. Add coconut oil, coffee, and vanilla extract. Combine with flour mixture using a wooden spoon. Transfer batter into a greased pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
