Elevate waffles with vanilla mascarpone and chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 250g tub mascarpone
  • 3.00 gm icing sugar mixture
  • 200ml cream
  • 150g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 8 store-bought waffles
Instructions:
  • Combine mascarpone, vanilla extract, and icing sugar until smooth. Chill. Heat cream, bring to a boil, then pour over dark cooking chocolate. Let it stand for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  • Toast the waffles until they are golden brown and crispy, then generously top them with chocolate sauce and a dollop of vanilla mascarpone.
