Indulge in these irresistible egg-free white chocolate macadamia cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 26.60 gm treacle or golden syrup
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 20.60 gm milk
  • 300g self-raising flour
  • 2.50 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 125g pkt white chocolate bits
  • 80g macadamia
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 180°C, then effortlessly line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  • In an electric mixer, blend the butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Mix in the treacle, vanilla, and milk until well combined.
  • Mix the flour and bicarbonate of soda together using a wooden spoon until well combined. Gently fold in the white chocolate bits and macadamia nuts until evenly distributed.
  • Form heaping tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and place them on a lined tray. Gently press the balls with the palm of your hand. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, swapping trays halfway through. Remove from oven and let cookies cool on trays.
