Indulge in decadent orange, coconut, and white chocolate truffles.
Ingredients:
  • 300g white chocolate,roughly chopped
  • 83.33 gm thin cream
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 250.00 ml dessicated coconut
Instructions:
  • Combine white chocolate, cream, and orange rind in a heatproof bowl set over a small saucepan of simmering water. Stir continuously for 4 minutes until the chocolate is completely melted. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  • Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls using a teaspoon, taking care to work quickly to maintain the chocolate's firmness. Coat the balls in dessicated coconut and refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes before serving.
