Irresistible homemade cookies with white chocolate, oats, and raisins.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 8 oz white chocolate baking bars or squares, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins or golden raisins
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined. Beat in egg and orange extract. Fold in flour mixture and oats until fully incorporated. Gently mix in white chocolate and raisins. Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour before baking.
