Wilted spinach noodles

Elevate your protein with spinach noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 250g pkt rice stick noodles
  • 1 bunch English spinach, ends trimmed, washed, dried, shredded
  • 9.20 gm vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook the noodles for 1 minute. Then add spinach and cook for an additional 1 minute until spinach wilts and noodles are tender.
  • After draining the noodles, return them to the pan. Toss with oil gently. Serve wilted spinach noodles in bowls, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy with your favorite protein.
