Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 400g baby spinach leaves, washed
  • 20g unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • In a large frypan over medium heat, warm the oil. Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Season to taste, stir in the butter, and serve.
