Delicious wine fondue for cooking meat. Simply dip raw, bite-size pieces into boiling fondue until cooked.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle white wine
  • 1 (2 inch) piece cinnamon stick
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 10 black peppercorns, crushed
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
  • Combine wine with a delightful blend of spices in a saucepan. Allow the flavors to meld for 1 hour, then bring to a gentle boil. Strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve into a fondue pan, and bring to a boil again before serving.
